Return and Exchange Policy
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange an item. After this period, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept your return, process a refund, or make an exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- In its original packaging.

Items Over 75 €
For items over 75 €, we recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items.
Once the returned item is received, we will ship the replacement item within 2 to 3 business days.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the item.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 2 to 3 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method or card.
Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear on your account depends solely on the banking process, so it may vary depending on your institution.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
First, check your bank account.
Contact your credit card issuer, as it may take some time for the refund to appear.

Gift Items
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be credited to the person who made the purchase.
